- R Davies Review added: 2018.04.28★ ★ ★ ★ ★A fantastic, friendly, family run martial arts gym/dojo which also has fitness classes and yoga. The martial arts include Wado Karate and kickboxing, with junior/children's classes and senior grade/adult classes. The instructors/Senseis are brilliant, the gym is fully equipped with punch bags and pads, etc and the classes are great. The instructors cater for complete beginners right up to the very elite. There is a viewing area where parents can watch the classes shoild they choose. Also home to Becky's Heavenly Holistics which offers massage, spray tanning and other holistic therapies. I have had a wonderful massage from Becky, very reasonable and felt wonderful after.
